Why messages fail

WhatsApp marked these numbers Undelivered. The report does not say why; the usual causes are:

  • The number is not on WhatsApp or is wrong.
  • The customer blocked or opted out of your business messages.
  • Meta's limit on marketing messages per customer was reached.
  • The phone stayed off or offline too long.

Sending again to the same numbers soon usually fails again.
